About -The Team

Martyn Pavey

Born in Devon in the mid 1950s, in a busy, thriving market town. In my teenage years, I was always surrounded by creativity. To start with the example of my father, who rose through the ranks to be a department manager of the carpet factory of Axminster but also who was an excellent gardener and good with his hands. This fact taught me how to grow things from scratch and hard graft.

Those skills were enhanced during my school years, and my family mantra made my brother rise to be the school headmaster at a private school. I followed my tuition by going to Exeter University to earn a Computer and Engineering Science Degree. With some pride, I had the chance to witness the development of Computer technology throughout the years, from the Pascal informatic language, which is still efficient at number crunching, to working at CERN on placement to further my skills to much higher levels.

My time at CERN  as technical support created an impetus within me that my vocation was computing and its development. Programming, coding, creating, and solving are my forte. Hence I worked in a GEC-Marconi Company working on classified systems. But it also earned me a Master's degree in Micro-Electronics as well. Doing some specialist systems consultancy gave me the grade/access on assignment to GCHQ, which was an experience.

My time working for the American Microelectronics Company and National Semi-Conductor as the European Technical Sales Manager gave me the solid background to understand a wide variety of customer needs and the desire to progress to create and run my own web design business.

The endeavour was mainly to design a process which was accessible and, therefore, helpful to anyone not familiar with web management or who are hard pressed for time. The aim of IT Eyes is to design individually friendly websites created upon the personnal wishes and specifications given, which can be maintained, safeguarded and updated.

Saving data is as important as protecting them from hackers. But we always pay attention to the personal touch, the imprint that makes you very special as an individual. Therefore, The IT Eyes will save and show how important your work is to the world for you to benefit from your ideas and work.
